Restaurant Gaïa
Located in the heart of Toulouse, Gaïa Restaurant is the fruit of a meeting between Antoine Dupont and Pierre-Louis Barassi, two key figures in French rugby, with Thomas Affre, Julien Mas, two former directors of a communications agency, and Eric Affre, a restaurateur from Narbonne with several restaurants in France.

Antoine and Pierre-Louis, although top-level athletes, are passionate about gastronomy, while Thomas, Julien and Eric bring their expertise in communications and business management. Together, they have imagined a convivial space that respects the seasons and nature, while promoting local producers.
“Over the years, we hope that Gaïa will become a must-see place for Toulousans and visitors alike, a place where you feel good, where you take the time to savor life, to reconnect with what’s essential. We have plenty of plans for the future, but first things first. For now, we invite you to discover Gaïa and share this exciting adventure with us.

The opening of Restaurant Gaïa
Since March 7, 2024, the space has been transformed into the Gaïa restaurant, with a much larger surface area and a refined Mediterranean style.
This new concept is part of a constant evolution: the restaurant is expanding, the menu is enriched with dishes inspired by Mediterranean flavors, and numerous events continue to enliven the place.
The restaurant continues to develop, while offering an increasingly accomplished culinary experience.

Earth Goddess
Gaia, in Greek mythology, is the personification of the Earth. She is considered one of the primordial deities, generated directly from Chaos, the initial force that existed before the creation of the world. Gaïa is both the Earth itself and a goddess.
At Gaïa Restaurant, every meal is an invitation to reconnect with the Earth, to savor products grown with respect for natural cycles, and to experience relaxation and escape. Here, nature is our muse, and respect for the planet our philosophy.
